Parasol uses no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party tracking. The only personal data we handle is what you choose to send us — an email enquiry or a call booking. This page explains what that means.
This site is run by Parasol Agency Ltd, registered in England & Wales, 66 Paul Street, London. We are the “data controller” for the personal data described here. For any privacy question — or to exercise the rights below — email ryan.norrington@parasol.gg.
We rely on our legitimate interests: to reply to people who contact us and take steps toward working together, and to keep the website secure and operational. We only use your data for the reason you gave it to us.
We don’t sell your data, and we never share it for advertising. We do rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
These providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, it’s covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK extension to the Standard Contractual Clauses.
Only as long as we need it. Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are reviewed and deleted within 24 months. Where we end up working together, we keep what the project needs, plus up to 7 years afterwards where required for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. To do any of these, email ryan.norrington@parasol.gg. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We don’t use cookies or any similar tracking technology — so there’s no cookie banner, because there’s nothing to consent to.
Our site and services are aimed at businesses, not children. We don’t knowingly collect personal data about anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
